The Salt Bed series permeates the language of drawing, painting, or even sculpture. For its construction, only organic materials such as metal, salt and water are used, and the reaction arising from these. As a result, the interaction of the works with the environment constitutes living works, in constant pictorial and material modification.

The uninterrupted transformation process of the works alludes to the constant transformation of the being and its psychological aspects, more specifically, fear and its overcoming, which can occur through courage.

The body's biological response to fear is often paralysis and stress, which increases adrenaline and stimulates the apocrine glands, producing sweat. Hostage to fear, the paralyzed body appears in the work represented by the plate, initially hard, made of metal or salt, which will receive the intervention of grinding, or abrasion by salt, in which layers are generated, revealing expressive drawings and stains. The state of paralysis is also represented by the bed, intimate furniture that denotes a prostrate state of being.
